Recommend a Friend Registration and T's & C's

You’ve been recommended by someone who already trusts our practice. As a thank you, once your registration has been approved and you’ve attended your first appointment with one of our fabulous vets, you’ll both receive a £20 voucher to use at Acorn House Vets.

Please allow 2 working days for registration to be approved and a welcome pack emailed to you.  From this point onwards, clients can make appointments at the practice using either the online booking system, or by telephoning Reception.

Clients that are not registered with any veterinary practice, but that have a pet with an urgent medical need should contact their closest veterinary practice as all veterinary surgeries will provide immediate first aid in an emergency regardless of registration restrictions. Please contact the practice by telephone in this situation, to allow for an immediate response.

Terms & Conditions

New Referred Client

  1. The referred client must complete the online registration form on the “Recommend a Friend Registration and T's & C's” page.
  2. By registering as a new client, you will be agreeing to receiving information about our products and services by email.
  3. The voucher is activated once the new client has had their first chargeable consultation with a veterinary surgeon.  
  4. The offer is for a £20 voucher for the referred new client to be used against products & services provided by Acorn House Veterinary Hospital within 3 months of registration. 
  5. This offer applies to new clients registering and can only be redeemed once per client and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Existing Referring Client Terms

  1. The referring friend must be a registered client with the practice and have had their pet seen within the last 12 months.
  2. The referring client will also receive a £20 voucher applied to their account when the new referred client is seen and to be used within 6 months.
  3. Vouchers may be redeemed on products and services provided by Acorn House Veterinary Hospital Limited.
  4. There is no limitation on the number of friends a referring client may recommend.

General Terms

  1. These terms and conditions together with our privacy policy, which can be found at HERE govern the redemption of the offer (‘conditions’). Please note that our standard terms and conditions apply in respect to any treatment and consultation and the Acorn House privacy policy applies in all instances. 
  2. The promotion is only valid at Acorn House Veterinary Hospital (Linnet Way, Bedford, MK41 7HN).

  4. By redeeming the promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by us for the purposes of administering the promotion.  We will use and store any personal information submitted by you, in accordance with the Acorn House privacy policy.
