Repeat Prescriptions
Online repeat medication requests are for our current clients of Acorn House, if we have not seen your pet before then, please DO NOT try and request medication via this route and instead telephone 01234 261839 option 1 to speak to one of our receptionists.
If your pet requires continuous medication, the vet may set you up on a repeat prescription.
It is a legal requirement to check ongoing medical conditions at least every six months, though the exact frequency will depend on your pet's condition and progress before prescribing further medication. Our receptionists can tell you when your check is due.
When you require a repeat prescription, please give us two working days to authorise and dispense your prescription.
